How to Upgrade a Website Plan

It is significant to upgrade a website plan in enhancing your online presence. Whether you’re a business owner, blogger, or creative professional, a well-crafted lead sets the tone for the rest of your website content.

Please Note: Customers on 4-week billing will change to monthly billing when upgrading to an eCommerce product. Annual customers will remain on annual billing.

Upgrading your Website Plan

  1. Log into your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login:

    Login Page


  2. Click Websites on the left side of your Account Manager:

    1. You will be redirected to the eCommerce dashboard automatically if you only have a single Website or eCommerce plan.
    2. If you have more than one Website, you will need to select the website you want to manage first and click Launch Website Builder:

    1. If you have more than one eCommerce, you will need to select the eCommerce plan you want to manage first and click Launch:

3. On the eCommerce Dashboard, click Store to expand the options and select Dashboard. You’ll be able to see the See Plans button on the right. Click it for the next step.

  1. A pop-up will appear for you to choose the upgrade you need.

Please Note: Today’s Total is a prorated amount based on the difference in cost between your current plan for the first billing cycle. The ongoing renewal fee will be displayed as well.

Please Note: If you have a Website or DIY Website plan, you will have the option to upgrade to Website+Marketing.

5. Select the plan that you have decided to upgrade to.

  1. Click the Upgrade Now button to place your order.
  2. Once you have placed your order, the Order Confirmation page will appear. You’ll receive confirmation via email.

  3. Click Close to exit the screen.

You will see a notification that the upgrade is being processed on your Account Manager’s Home page.

Please wait up to 24 hours for the upgraded product to be used. You may need to log out of your Account Manager and log back in to see your new product.
