Standard appointment – you can manage a standard appointment by clicking on it. Once you click it, you can edit its status and set it to:

  • Booked
  • Waiting
  • In Progress
  • Finished
  • Paid
  • Canceled
  • No-show

Once you have confirmed the change, you will have the option to email the client about the status update.

Note – you can add a note to a specific appointment by clicking on it. The note could be a reminder about a task or a visitor that will be part of the appointment.
