How to Edit Contact Information for Email Campaigns
Contact information added to your email campaigns will increase website traffic, brand recognition, and consumer trust. Contact information for email campaigns is an important piece of your marketing strategy and helps connect you with your consumers. Adding your contact information will also be a requirement under your anti-spam law compliance, including the TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM.

How to Edit Your Contact Information
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login
- In your Account Manager, click Websites in the left side of the page:
- If you have a Website plan, click on Launch Website Builder for the plan you need to manage.
If you only have one eCommerce package, you will be automatically redirected to your eCommerce dashboard. If you have multiple packages, click Launch next to the eCommerce product you want to manage.
Once in your eCommerce dashboard, click the Marketing button on the left navigation menu.
Once the drop-down menu shows, select Email Marketing and then click Settings.
5. In the Settings page, go to the Address section and edit the following information:
- Company Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- City
- Postal Code
- Country
- State
- Once you have entered the correct information within the Address section, click the Save button on the lower-right part of the screen to save your changes.
You will then see a notification that you have successfully saved your new address.
Please Note: You can also update your contact information within your Campaign Settings while creating an email campaign.
