How to Create a Google Ad Campaign

Want to increase the visibility of your product or service? In order to reach your target audience on several platforms, create a Google Ad campaign! Your branding approach, time commitment, and advertising goal will determine the best campaign for you. Every type offers different aspects of user involvement and provides special advantages. Your available time and brand strategy will also affect your decision.

Create a Google Ad Campaign

Learn and know more about Google Ad Campaign by following the steps below: 

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. On your Account Manager homepage, click Websites on the left menu
    • If you only have one eCommerce package, you will be automatically redirected to your eCommerce dashboard.
    • If you have multiple packages, click Launch next to the eCommerce product you want to manage:

    • If you have a Website plan, then click on Launch Website Builder for the plan you want to manage:

  3. Once you have accessed your dashboard, click Marketing on the left menu, then select AdSpend. This will automatically take you to your AdSpend Dashboard:

  4. Next, click Google from the left menu options and select Campaigns. This is where you can create your Google Campaigns:

  5. Within the Google Campaigns page, click the Create a New Campaign button at the top right corner to start creating your campaign:

Please Note: If you still need to connect your Google Ads Account, please set up a campaign and ad group that best suits your advertising objective, brand awareness, and budget allocation.
  1. You will then be asked to set up a new campaign. Set your campaign budget and the name of your new campaign, then click the Create a New Campaign button:

  1. You can set up the name of a new Ad Group by clicking on the Create New Ad Group button. For more information about Ad Groups, please see How Ad Groups Work:

Please Note: You can skip this by clicking the Skip Ad Group Creation button.
  1. Next, enter the keywords for your campaign. You can either set the status of your keywords to Pause or Enable. To learn more about keyword status, read About keyword status:

  1. Click on the Save Keywords button.

Congratulations! Your Google Ad campaign has been successfully created.

Please Note: If your keywords' status is paused, enable them in your Google Ads account.
