How to Disconnect Your Ad Account from Marketing

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. In your Account Manager, click Websites on the left side of the page:
    • If you have eCommerce plan, click Launch.

    • If you have a Website plan, click Launch Website Builder.

3. Once inside your eCommerce account, click Marketing on the left menu, then select AdSpend:

  1. Next, select Settings from the options:

  1. Look for the Ad account you want to disconnect from (Google Ad or Microsoft Ads), then select the Disconnect from AdSpend button:

  1. Click Confirm to confirm account access revocation:

Once the page loads, you will see that your Google Ad or Microsoft Ads account is removed and disconnected from the AdSpend dashboard.
