How to Add Seats in Scheduling

Need help to accommodate your growing team's appointment needs? Don't let scheduling become a bottleneck! This guide walks you through the simple process of adding seats to your scheduling, ensuring each team member has a dedicated calendar to manage appointments efficiently.

Add Seats in Scheduling

Seats are an individual’s calendar, which is used for booking appointments. Each team member or employee taking appointments will need their own seat.

Please Note: In each plan, you will have three seats available. If you have five team members, you need to purchase two more seats so each member can be scheduled for an appointment.

To purchase additional seats:

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. In your Account Manager, click Websites on the left side of the page:
    • If you have a Website plan, click on Launch Website Builder for the plan you want to manage.
    • If you have an eCommerce plan, click on Launch for the plan you want to manage.
  3. In your eCommerce dashboard, click Appointments on the left navigation menu, then select Settings:

    4. Click the Edit Team Members button on the Team Members card:

  1. In the Team Members Settings, click the Add team member button in the upper right-hand corner:

  1. In the Add More Seats pop-up, click the Purchase More Seats button:

  1. A purchase window will open. Select the number of seats you need, then click the Buy Now button to complete your purchase. If you want to see additional purchase information, click Disclosure:

  1. You will see an order confirmation window. Click Close to exit the window:

  1. You will see Update Processing at the top of your page, like the image below. Once the processing is complete, you will see the Buy More Seats link again:

You have purchased additional seats.
