eCommerce: How to Integrate Your Etsy Shop

Selling on Etsy and a separate website can be overwhelming. Luckily, integrating your Etsy shop simplifies things! This guide shows you how to integrate your Etsy shop, letting you import sales orders, manage listings on both platforms, and keep product quantities updated automatically. This saves you time and lets you focus on creating and selling your products! Integrating your Etsy shop will allow us to import your sales orders. You can also choose to list new products and update existing product listings.

For any product that you have auto-sync turned on, we will automatically send product quantity changes whenever a quantity change occurs. To learn more about Auto-sync, see How to Enable Auto Sync.

How to Integrate Your Etsy Shop

Follow the steps below to integrate your Etsy shop into your eCommerce website:

1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
2. On your Account Manager homepage, click Websites on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.

   1. If you have multiple eCommerce products, click Launch next to the product you would like to update.

      

3. Once inside your eCommerce account, click Store on the left menu, then select Settings. Look for the Sales Channels tile, then click Manage:

4. Under the Marketplaces tab, click Connect Marketplaces:

5. You will see the different sales channels. Click Connect to Etsy under the Etsy logo:

6. This will bring you to an integration page for Etsy. Click the Generate Your Code button and sign in to your Etsy shop.

Please Note: The code allows Etsy to access your eCommerce account.

7. Once done, you will land on a page similar to the image shown below:

8. Click Allow Access for ecomdash, our eCommerce dashboard integration app. Etsy will prompt you with a success message and a code.

9. Copy the code and input it on the integration page in your eCommerce account, then click the Complete Integration button:
