How to Map Product SKUs and Reference IDs for eCommerce
Use eCommerce Map Product SKUs to make the management of products through numerous sales channels easier. When you connect the product SKUs to corresponding reference IDs on such platforms as eBay and Amazon, those SKUs will be synchronized with inventory and fulfilled accurately.
Map Product SKUs
With eCommerce, you can track products with different identifiers across different sales channels.
Map Product SKUs
With eCommerce, you can track products with different identifiers across different sales channels.
For example, suppose you sell a tumbler with an SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) "TUMBLER_GREEN_17". However, your product reference ID is "1234-567-8901-2345" on eBay. You must ensure that your eCommerce account recognizes these two identifiers as a single product.
We offer a mapping option to ensure your product identifiers are recognized as a single item so we can accurately sync your inventory.
