How to Automate Sales Order Import in eCommerce

For us to maintain accurate product quantities, we need to keep track of every sale you make. The auto-import sales order feature allows the platform to obtain information from the sales channel without exerting much effort. This feature is enabled at the storefront's initial connection. Learn how to automate sales order import in eCommerce.

Please Note: We will not make any changes to your product quantities unless you have enabled auto-sync for your products.

Automate Sales Data Import

Reduce manual tasks in eCommerce and enable auto-import for your sales orders:

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. On your Account Manager homepage, click Websites on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
    • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to update.

  3. On the left navigation menu, click on the Store, then select Settings from the options.

  4. Scroll down and look for the Sales Channels tile, then click on the Manage button.

  5. Go to the Marketplaces or Shopping Carts tab.
    • If you have not connected to any sales channel within the Marketplaces tab, click the Connect Marketplaces button.

    • If you have not connected to any sales channel within the Shopping Carts tab, click the Connect Shopping Carts button.

    • If you have connected to a sales channel within the Marketplaces tab or Shopping Carts tab, click on the Add New button on the top-right corner of the page.
  6. Select a sales channel you want to connect by clicking the Connect to <Sales Channel> button.
    • If you are connecting to a marketplace, choose the marketplace you would like to add for further assistance.
    • If you are connecting to a shopping cart, follow the instructions on your screen to connect your shop.

Once it is fully integrated, we will start importing new sales orders for that storefront. You can click download listings to import your listings from that storefront at any time.
