Taking Direct Payment in eCommerce
With the Direct Payment feature, you can take direct payments from your customers within your eCommerce account. This can be helpful if you need to process payments over the phone for your customers or in situations where your customers are unable to process their orders online.
As part of this feature, you can add a Direct Listing Price if you want to charge a different price for your products. If you leave the Direct Listing Price blank, the pricing will default to the Listing Price, the price you initially set for your products in your store.
Please Note: You need to enable Stripe as a payment processor to use the Direct Payment feature. For instructions on enabling Stripe, please see Adding a Payment Processor.
In this article, we will discuss:
How to Set a Direct Listing Price
To set a Direct Listing Price for your products, follow the steps below:
- Once inside your Website Builder, click Store on the left menu.
- Then select Products. Select a product from the list.
- Go to the My Store tab. Under the Pricing section or Variations section, you can set a Direct Listing Price for the product you selected.

- If you are adding a Direct Listing Price for product variants, click the Save link first before clicking the Save button.
Please Note: If you have set a Direct Listing Price for your products, it will become the default price for any direct payment made for those products instead of the Listing Price you have set in your store.
