Appointments Management

Please Note: Depending on your subscription plan, the Appointments functionality may be unavailable for your project. Only subscriptions that include My Schedule integration will have Appointments functionality.

Enabling the Appointments Functionality

With a subscription that includes using My Schedule, you can add bookings to your website by following these steps:

  • In the Site Editor, hover over the left sidebar and click Appointments:

  • Click the Set Up Appointments button to connect appointments to your project:

My Schedule Onboarding

  • Proceed to the My Schedule area and complete the My Schedule Onboarding:

  • Select the type of services you offer, then click Continue:

  • Fill in some brief business information, then click Continue:

  • Add your business hours, then click Continue:

  • Click Continue to your Dashboard to proceed:

You will see a notification advising you to continue to your dashboard. You can now set up your team members and services.

  • To proceed to set up services from the Site Editor, click Set Up Services in the Appointments section:

Please Note: Booking features will appear in the Site Editor after you add your company's services on the My Schedule dashboard:

  • The Appointments page widgets will be automatically added to the project in the Site Editor:

Managing the Schedule Functionality

After you have set up Appointments and created services, navigate to the Appointments section in the Site Editor to access the following:

  • Click Edit Booking Page to access the Booking Page Settings. Please refer to the Booking Page Settings article for more details:

  • Select Manage Appointments to access the My Schedule dashboard to edit appointments:

  • Click Manage Services to access the Services area to edit, add or delete services:

Disabling the Schedule Functionality

You can disable the Appointments Functionality in two ways in the Site Editor:

Option 1

  • Hover over the left sidebar and click Pages.
  • Find Appointments, and click the Settings icon on the right:
  • Use the toggle at the top of the Appointments page settings sidebar:

  • The Appointments icon will be deleted from the sidebar.

Option 2

  • On the left sidebar of the Site Editor, select Settings:

  • Choose Advanced in the settings items list:

  • Select App Settings in the list:

  • Turn off the Appointments toggle:

  • The Appointments icon will be deleted from the sidebar.

Re-enabling the Appointments

If you decided to disconnect your store, you can re-enable it again by following these steps:

  • Go to Settings in the left sidebar of the Site Editor:

  • Select Advanced in the settings items list:

  • Select App Settings in the list:

  • Turn on the Appointments toggle:

  • The Appointments icon will be added to the sidebar:
