Appointments Management
Please Note: Depending on your subscription plan, the Appointments functionality may be unavailable for your project. Only subscriptions that include My Schedule integration will have Appointments functionality.
Enabling the Appointments Functionality
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar of the Site Editor:
- Select Advanced in the settings items list:
- Select App Settings in the list:
- Turn on the Appointments toggle:
- The Appointments page will be added to your website, and the elements will be available in the Website Builder. The Appointments icon will be added to the sidebar.
Accessing Appointments
- To access the Appointments feature, hover over the Apps area of the left sidebar, and click Appointments:
Appointments Onboarding
- Upon your first access to the Appointments area, you will be introduced to the Appointments Onboarding:
- Fill out your address information and click Next:
- Select Setup Bookings:
- Select the type of services you offer, then click Continue:
- Fill in some brief business information, then click Continue:
- Add your business hours, then click Continue:
- Click Continue to your Dashboard to proceed:
You will see a notification advising you to continue to your dashboard. You can now set up your team members and services.
Please Note: Appointments widgets will become available in the Site Editor after you complete the Appointments Onboarding.
- The Booking page will be added to your website and the element list will contain Appointments related options:
Managing the Appointments Functionality
Navigate to the Appointments section in the Site Editor to access the features. You will see the Appointments navigation immediately without the need to exit the Website Builder.
Please Note: At any time you can return to the Site Editor by clicking the Back to Editor option at the top of the page.
Dashboard Section
- Proceed to the Dashboard section to get summary information about your Appointments and how your business is performing:
My Schedule Section
- Proceed to the My Schedule section to view and manage appointments:

Services Section
- Go to the Services section to edit, add or delete services:

Settings Section
- Go to the Settings section to manage the settings for your Appointments App (e.g., add team members, edit bookable hours, set up payment processors, etc.):

Disabling the Appointments Functionality
Please Note: Disabling the Appointments functionality will remove the Booking page and elements from your website. The Appointments icon will no longer be available in the left sidebar.
You can disable the Appointments Functionality in two ways in the Site Editor:
Option 1
- Hover over the left sidebar and click Pages.
- Find Appointments, and click the Settings icon on the right:
- Use the toggle at the top of the Appointments page settings sidebar:
- The Appointments icon will be deleted from the sidebar.
Option 2
- On the left sidebar of the Site Editor, select Settings:
- Choose Advanced in the settings items list:
- Select App Settings in the list:
- Turn off the Appointments toggle:
- The Appointments icon will be deleted from the sidebar.
Re-enabling the Appointments
If you disconnected your Appointments, you can re-enable it by following the steps described in the Enabling the Appointments Functionality section.
