Schedule Management

Please Note: Depending on your subscription plan, the Booking functionality may be unavailable for your project. Only subscriptions that include MySchedulr integration will have Booking functionality.

Enabling the Schedule Functionality

With a subscription that includes using MySchedulr, you can add bookings to your website by following these steps:

  •  In the Site Editor, hover over the left sidebar and click Schedule:

  • Click the Enable Schedule button to connect bookings to your project:

  • A blank Booking Page will be created. It will remain empty until you add new booking events:

MySchedulr Onboarding

  • Proceed to the MySchedulr area and complete the MySchedulr Onboarding:

  • Select the type of services you offer, then click Continue:

  • Fill in some brief business information, then click Continue:

  • Add your business hours, then click Continue:

  • Click Continue to your Dashboard to proceed:

You will see a notification advising you to continue to your dashboard. You can now set up your team members and services.

Please Note: Booking features will appear in the Site Editor after you add your company's services on the MySchedulr dashboard:

The Booking page widgets will be automatically added to the project in the Site Editor:

Disabling the Schedule Functionality

You can disable the Schedule Functionality in two ways in the Site Editor:

Option 1

  • Hover over the left sidebar and click Pages.
  • Find Booking, and click the Settings icon on the right:
  • Use the toggle at the top of the Booking page settings sidebar:

Option 2

  • On the left sidebar of the Site Editor, select Settings:

  • Choose Advanced in the settings items list:

  • Select Disconnect Schedule in the list:

  • Click Disconnect:

  • Confirm by clicking Yes on the pop-up.
