Appointments Management in Mobile Editor
Please Note: This article only applies to packages which include Appointments functionality.
Enabling the Appointments Functionality
- In the Mobile Editor, click More at the bottom:
- Select Settings from the list:
- Select Advanced in the settings items list:
- Select App Settings in the advanced items list:
- Turn on the Appointments toggle:
- The Appointments page will be added to your website, and the elements will be available in the Website Builder. The Appointments icon will be added to the menu list.
Accessing Appointments
- In the Mobile Editor, click More at the bottom:
- Select Appointments from the list:
- Upon your first access to the Appointments area, you will be introduced to the Appointments Onboarding. Complete the Onboarding for Appointments widgets to become available in the Site Editor. You can now set up your team members and services.
- The Booking page will be added to your website after the Onboarding completion.
Managing the Appointments Functionality
Inside the Appointments section in the Site Editor, you will be able to access the Appointment features. Click the horizontal ellipsis (…) in the bottom right to access the Appointments navigation.
Please Note: At any time you can return to the Site Editor by clicking the Back to Editor option at the top of the page.
Dashboard Section
- Proceed to the Dashboard section to get summary information about your Appointments and how your business is performing:
My Schedule Section
- Proceed to the My Schedule section to view and manage appointments:

Services Section
- Go to the Services section to edit, add or delete services:

Reporting Section
- Go to the Reporting section to manage various reports for all the attributes of your online business:
Settings Section
- Go to the Settings section to manage the settings for your Appointments App (e.g., add team members, edit bookable hours, set up payment processors, etc.):

Disabling the Appointments Functionality
Please Note: Disabling the Appointments functionality will remove the Booking page and elements from your website. The Appointments icon will no longer be available in the left sidebar.
You can disable the Appointments Functionality in two ways in the Site Editor:
- Hover over the bottom toolbar and click Pages:
- Find Booking, and click the Settings icon on the right:
- Use the toggle at the top of the Booking page settings sidebar:
- The Appointments icon will be deleted from the menu list.
Option 2
- In the Mobile Editor, click More at the bottom:
- Select Settings from the list:
- Select Advanced in the settings items list:
- Select App Settings in the advanced items list:
- Turn off the Appointments toggle:
- The Appointments icon will be deleted from the menu list.
Re-enabling the Appointments
If you disconnected your Appointments, you can re-enable it by following the steps described in the Enabling the Appointments Functionality section.
